Ever zoned out so bad that you were completely oblivious to your surroundings?

A crystal drop of imagination 
Sucked into a place far from reality 
An aura of calm, a sense of  elation 
Trying to reach as far as I can see
Just a flutter of pages 
That's all it takes 
For you to prick up your ears
And float through the gates.
It's an escape from reality 
My mind's a canvas
Designing my own world 
It's an escape from reality 
Going with the flow
I'm a sail that's been unfurled. 
And when it dawned on me 
The realization -I often wandered 
In the realm of my thoughts 
And every time I  found such a situation 
A floated away, leaving a trail of dots....
It's a mystery 
Unknown to me 
More than I can see...
